On your first visit with me (which lasts around an hour to an hour and a half), there will be a detailed assessment of your health. This may include your diet, lifestyle, stress and environmental factors, as well as a detailed family history.

We may require a variety of assessments to help establish your personal treatment plan, these may include:

  • Hair Analysis
  • Functional Testing
  • Genetic Testing
  • Integrative Pathology
  • Food Sensitivity Testing
  • Nutritional Investigation and Diet Analysis

Physical examinations may be required, these may include:

  • Checking your hair, skin, nails and tongue
  • Taking your blood pressure and pulse
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • A detailed iridology analysis may also be performed with an iris photo taken

Naturopathic Treatment

Naturopathic treatment may include dietary and lifestyle advice with or without nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, celloids, tissue salts and bush flower essence. Lifestyle recommendations including detoxification, exercise, sleep and relaxation techniques may also be included in you treatment plan.

I aim to educate, inform and involve you in your health care so that you may feel empowered to gain and maintain optimum health. Depending on each individual case, the health care plan may be over the short term or in more complex cases may take years of ongoing support. I am there to support you every step of the way.

Naturopathic health care is suitable for chronic and acute health issues across all age groups and is there to support ongoing medical care.
